Giving fuels the the mission

Your financial giving is the fuel that allows us to make Jesus known in the Chippewa Valley and beyond. Your financial giving turns the engine that brings the love of Jesus to our neighbors.

The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. “

2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Join the Giving Journey

Becoming generous is a journey. Every step you take on your giving journey brings you into a deeper understanding of God’s sacrificial love.

"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

Put your giving where your heart is

Jesus tells us that there is a spiritual connection between our giving and our heart. Giving through the local church reflects the love we have for what God is doing in our midst.

You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don't give reluctantly or in response to pressure. "For God loves a person who gives cheerfully." And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

Giving today = impact tomorrow

When we give, it opens the floodgates to God’s kingdom work in the Chippewa Valley. Your bold, financial giving today leads to changed lives and kingdom impact. 

"Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and generous to those in need, always being ready to share with others."
