Hygiene Drive for the Homeless
Haven Church is asking you to help them make a difference!
Join us as we help provide hygiene products for people in need in our community!
Most urgent needs include:
Soaps: laundry, dish, soft, shower gel, 2-in-1 shampoo
Trash bags (shelters especially need these for bedrooms)
Diapers (sizes 3-6 and Pull-Ups)
Deodorant (unscented)
Wet wipes
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Disposable razors
Tampons and maxi pads
Please bring all items to Haven Church by Sunday, March 15th. There will be a collection bin in the office area and another one in the Haven Kids area.

Haven Church is excited to go on our 4th mission trip. Join us on this journey! All are welcome. We hope you join us and bring your family or a friend! We will be building a house for a family in need. If we get enough people to sign up, then we will be helping add on to a church in need as well!

Builder's for Christ Trip
The next church to be built by Builder’s for Christ is Ebenezer Baptist Church in Logan, Ohio.
Please read the information below to determine if you are interested in traveling with Haven Church.
The cost of the trip will be determined based off of how many people come with us.

Haven Church plans to send a team of volunteers to help Builder’s for Christ to build and frame the walls of the new church in Logan, Ohio. Will you join us as we plan to build Sunday, May 17th through Saturday, May 23rd? Cost will be determined based off of how many volunteers come and travel with us! Let us know by signing up above.

Gingerbread Houses

You can help us purchase supplies, so that children can participate!
Haven Church is so excited to offer your children the opportunity to create their very own Gingerbread houses. On Wednesday, December 17th our Elementary, Middle & High School students will be enjoying an evening full of Gingerbread fun.
There are many items that go into this event. We decided to see if instead of asking children to bring money for it, would you consider donating some candy and items for others to use?
We are expecting around 120-150 children to participate. Elementary will be participating as individuals and Middle & High School as groups.
Would you please sign up to help bring items for our Gingerbread house event? If possible, please bring your items in before Wednesday, December 17th. If not, then please bring them to the event.

Haven Kids - Christmas Songs in Worship

Confirmation Ceremony
Come and support the 2024/25 8th Graders as they participate in this year's Confirmation Ceremony.
It will be held at Haven Church’s new building on Saturday, Nov. 15th at 11am.
There will be a walk through at 10am for the confirmation class to attend.

Beacon House helps families by providing a short-term place to stay and a warm meal. They are able to house 4-6 families while they get themselves ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives. Haven Church has agreed to help them with groceries and warm meals during the week of October 26th - November 1st.

Fields of Faith FCA Event (No Programming at Haven Church Oct. 1st)
It can be pretty sad when you feel like you are all alone. However, it can be extremely motivating to see that there are many others alongside of you.
Join local middle & high school students around the Chippewa Valley!
Haven Church won’t be offering on-site programming on Wednesday, Oct. 1st.
All middle and high school students are invited to attend the Fields of Faith event put on by Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)! There will be games, student testimonies (Haven Church students & others), and a gospel message by Eleva-Strum Football coach (Nick Stowell).

It will be held at Eau Claire Memorial High School on their football field. (7:00-8:30pm)
Please plan your own travel arrangements to and from the event. Maybe someone would be willing to carpool together? Meet up with your small group!

We’re Looking for More Small Group Leaders!
Haven Church is launching a church-wide Genesis campaign starting in October and running into November—and we need more small group leaders!
Short-term commitment: Just for the campaign.
Everything provided: Materials, training, and tools are ready for you.
We’ll equip you: No prior experience needed—we’ll show you how to lead.
Special call: We’re especially looking for leaders in their 20s and 30s.
If you’re willing to gather with a few folks and grow in God’s Word, this is your chance!

Kickoff Celebration
Join us as we Kickoff our 2025/26 Program year at Haven Church!
We are excited to offer a *FREE* event for all Haven Church families to enjoy. The school year brings such positive energy and motivation with it. Haven Church welcomes you to meet other people and get connected.
At the conclusion of the 9:00 and 10:45 worship services, join us outside behind the church. We will have yard games and snacks for everyone to enjoy. The children will be able to enjoy face painting, a balloon animal, and fun on a bouncy house!
KIDS MOVE UP A GRADE THIS WEEKEND!
This Sunday, is also our Haven Kids Move Up Weekend!
Each child, turning three by September 1st through 12th grade has been moved up to their school grade for the 2025-2026 school year. You will be receiving an email about this during the week.

Donate items for Ukrainian Refugees
Haven Church is full of families from all backgrounds and walks of life. We know that even Jesus and his family needed to flee a difficult situation in their homeland for hopes of a brighter future. There is a team of people from Haven Church that are working directly with a family in a similar situation.
During the month of September, Haven Church is asking you to consider helping this Ukrainian mother & daughter. They are in need of some items for their apartment and you could be a huge blessing to them!

We Care Eau Claire - Back to School Event (Donations/Volunteering)
